Traditional free-range saucisson of pork meat Our saucissons from FUMETON are all made by a small producer in Barcelonette, a tiny town in the south of the French alps near Sisteron and Gap. Fumeton only uses the meat from superbly kept free-range pigs as well as ham and bacon meat parts only. Even the skin is natural. This results in the exclusive taste and flavour that appeals so much and that stands out against mass produced saucissons.
Ingredients: pork ham and bacon 95%, salt, pepper, wheat, dextrose, wine, spices, saltpetre.
