Details
Feuille du Limousin is a goat’s cheese milk from the Limousin region in France which was first produce about 30 years ago. Of medium strength, it is milky with a fine white rind and a delicate interior. Its shape is the symbol of the region together with the chestnut tree. It also has a milky texture with a long lasting flavour.
Tasting: It is advised to have it at room temperature with a baguette or on a bed of crisp salad to enhance its milky flavours. A bottle of Brouilly(also at room temperature) is a good wine to go with it…
