The croquet de Provence is a small, very finely cut biscuit. Inspired by the legendary almond snap, it owes its flavour to local, highest quality ingredients.

Perfect for the Aperitif on its own. Delicious with cheese, and a variety of spreads such as black olive tapenade. Can also be added to a mixed salad.
