Croquets de Provence aux Abricots

The croquet de Provence is a small, very finely cut biscuit. Inspired by the legendary almond snap, it owes its flavour to local, highest quality ingredients.

Great as a snack and in deserts: try with ice cream, crème brulée and fresh fruit salads. Recommended with sweet wine.

Ingredients: wheat flour, sugar, apricots 20%, almonds, spelt flour from the Ventoux, whole eggs, raising agent, powdered whole milk, natural flavouring, salt.
