The croquet de Provence is a small, very finely cut biscuit. Inspired by the legendary almond snap, it owes its flavour to local, highest quality ingredients.
Great as a snack and in deserts: try with ice cream, crème brulée and fresh fruit salads. Try it with foie gras, it’s a delicious combination of texture and taste.
Ingredients: wheat flour, figs 27%, sugar, almonds, spelt flour from the Ventoux, whole eggs, natural fig aroma, raising agents, whole milk powder, aniseed, salt.
