The croquet de Provence is a small, very finely cut biscuit. Inspired by the legendary almond snap, it owes its flavour to local, highest quality ingredients.
Perfect for the Aperitif on its own. Delicious with cheese and a variety of spreads such as black olive tapenade, anchoiade... etc
Ingredients: wheat flour, Nyons black olives AOC 17%, almonds, olives from around the Mediterranean, spelt flour from the Ventoux, whole eggs, sugar, salt, whole milk powder, raising agents.
