The production of a high quality foie gras begins with outdoor raising of the ducks until adult age, and continues with hand stuffing with whole corn nibblets.
Serving suggestions: Keep chilled and open 15mn before serving. Make neat slices with a warm knife and serve on a bed of salad leaves with mini toast or toasted bread or brioche, as well as a sweet confit such as Fig confit with Monbasillac.
