A typical provencal garlic mayonnaise made with fresh eggs
Serving suggestion: excellent with fish, shell-fish and seafood. Delicious as well with meat, or as a dip. Can be served with anchoiade (anchovy spread/dip) and a plate of new raw vegetables (carrots, cauliflower, celery etc...).
Aioli flavoured mussels : Steam 15 big mussels per person, add a small spoonful of aioli to the broth and serve with rice or potatoes.
Ingredients: Vegetable oil, new-laid eggs, garlic, salt and lemon.
