Anchoïade is a typical mediterranean recipe prepared with anchovy fillets, oil, garlic and lemon.
Serving suggestion : excellent with fish, raw and steamed vegetables, pasta. Makes an excellent aperitif nibble spread on mini-toast or warm slices of baguette.
The Bagna Cauda : A simple, delicious, Italian dish that is also extremely popular in Nice and on the Cote d'Azur. Heat the Anchoïade gently, and use as a dip for raw vegetables and toasted bread.
