Candied Rose Petals

Prepared with 0,5g fruit for 100g. Total sugar content: 63g for 100g. Ingredients: cane sugar, rose petals, gelling agent: fruit pectin, citric acid, aroma. Suggestion for use: perfect on toasted bread at any time of day. Can be used with a variety of savoury and sweet foods, for example as a glaze mixed with the juice from cooked meat, to flavour a desert like custard.
